If you are not entirely satisfied please return your purchase to me within 14 days for a refund.  Unless your item is damaged / does not fit etc, I can only refund you the actual price of the item and not the amount of postage it costs to return it to me.  If you are unhappy in any way, please contact me.  I don't particularly like having to leave negative feedback and I'd much rather any disagreements could be resolved amicably.  Feel free to contact me with any queries.
