Important- colour/shade matching: please read !!
I make every reasonable effort to photograph my fabrics so as to give a true and accurate representation of colour and shade as possible. I photograph in full daylight, using additional lighting if necessary.
However, due to differences in computer monitors and software, the image you see may be slightly different. I cannot be held responsible for this, as obviously i have no way of knowing how the image may vary on your computer.
If colour or shade is crucial please do get a sample. please refer to the note on samples.
If you want to return an item because the colour or shade doesn't match you will have to pay for postage both ways and i will also have to take my seller and paypal fees into account when refunding.
I buy my fabric as perfect and expect it to be so unless otherwise stated in the listing
Very occasionally faults do get past even the most stringent tests as not every cm is checked. When whole batches are being checked they will check every 5 or 6 metres not every cm
I also check the fabric when I photograph and package it. Faults do sometimes get past me as I am human, not a machine!
If you have received a faulty fabric please let me know asap. If you want to return the fabric I will give a full refund if I find the fabric to be faulty.
If you want to keep the faulty fabric then I will give a partial refund when I have seen photos of the fault.
If you want to return the fabric because it does not match in or you don't like it, or it wasn't what you expected, then I will refund for the fabric only, LESS SELLER FEES AND POSTAGE. You will have to pay return postage.
When returning orders please include a copy of the order or invoice or paypal receipt so I know from whom it is from.
