| |  | | We are friendly! Returns are accepted so long as communication is made through Ebay within 30 days of receipt of the item. We’ll provide a replacement item or a refund once the item has been received by us. The item must be in its original unused condition, in its original packaging, with tags still attached if applicable. For refunds, return postage is paid for by us. No other postage is refunded. For replacements, return postage is not refunded due to the new outgoing postage cost. We cannot refund international return postage, and international buyers’ items are refunded only, not replaced. Rarely an item gets lost in the post. The buyer must please wait two weeks in case it still arrives before we proceed with a refund or replacement.
