Delivery - Next Day

If payment is received before 3.30 pm on a working day, we will deliver your order the next working day. Orders to Northern Ireland may take a little longer. A summary of when you will receive your order is displayed in the below table:

Please make sure someone is in between 9am and 5.30pm to sign for the delivery.

As a rule, we don't ship outside of the UK. However, sometimes we are prepared to ship to locations outside of the UK, but do charge for this. Please contact us detailing the products you are interested in and where you live and we can quote you on cost and expected lead time.

Your Order

From the moment you confirm your order, you can rest assured that it will be our number one priority to process it quickly and efficiently, ensuring that it arrives with you on time. To make sure you are constantly up to date with the status of your order, we keep you informed every step of the way:

  1. After you complete checkout, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and acts as your receipt.

  2. When a member of our sales team receives your order, it is recorded and passed on to our packing team. At this point we will email you again to double check that the postal address you have specified is correct and to give you an estimation of when the item will be delivered.

  3. As soon as your item is in transit we will email you your tracking number and will be able to give a clear prediction of delivery day.

We offer friendly and practical advice on an individual basis and will not push you into buying products you don't need. If we can't supply products suited to your needs, we will tell you.

We include a 12 month warranty with all our products. This strictly excludes damage due to mis-use, abuse or neglect. All electronic products are strictly tested before leaving our factory.

If you realise that you have ordered the wrong sized product, or it is unsuitable, you can return it to us within 14 days. As long as it is in "as sold" perfect condition we will have no problem with giving you a full exchange/refund after deducting our original postage costs.
