The Linn Shop Delivery Policy
· Delivery Charges and Other Services:
All prices for postage and packaging are specified separately on each item listing and are based on delivery within the UK. We are happy to fulfil orders worldwide however should you wish to place an order for an item out with the UK, and unless otherwise specified in the item listing, then you should contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing your order.
We aim to despatch items within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment. Postal service and insurance offered will be detailed on each item listing.
Where delivery method requires a signature to receive goods please ensure that you inspect the packaging prior to signing (or sign for as unexamined) as we will not be able to replace or refund goods which have been damaged in transit but which have been signed for.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.
· Acceptance
Upon receipt you must inspect the goods. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item for any reason within seven working days of receipt of goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods if you have not notified us or returned the goods within this timeframe. Orders must be cancelled in writing via the eBay item listing ‘Contact Seller’ option and must include the reason for return. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. On receipt of an order cancellation, the returns process will be implemented. |
