Payment Methods

We are happy to accept the following payment methods:-

• Paypal

• Personal Cheque (UK Buyers only)

• Postal Order (UK Buyers only)

• Please submit payment within 5 days of auction ending

• Please make cheques payable to Curvy Girl Lingerie (UK) Ltd and allow 5-7 days for clearance before item is posted

• Please include item number with payment

Postage and Delivery

Postage costs will vary according to individual items and will include a small cost for packaging.

Uk Buyers

• Royal Mail 1st Class Post is our standard method of dispatch within the UK

• You may opt for recorded delivery at an extra cost of 75p

EU Buyers

• Items will be posted Royal Mail standard Airmail

• You may opt for International Signed for delivery at an extra cost of £3.70

• If your items are valuable and you would like peace of mind of Insurance then you may opt for Airsure delivery at an extra cost of £6.70

International Buyers outside of the EU

• Items will be posted by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed for

• If your items are valuable and you would like peace of mind of Insurance then you may opt for Airsure delivery at an extra cost of £6.70

Postage Discounts

• We offer postage discounts for multiple purchases. Only pay £1.00 for each additional item.  If you are buying a large number of items then please E Mail us for post costs as we may be able to offer more discount.

• Discount is only available if items are paid for on the same ebay invoice.

Delivery

• Items are posted within 24/48 hours of cleared funds (Not including weekends and Bank Holidays).

• Proof of postage is obtained for all orders.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We would like all our customers to be happy with their purchases.  Customer service is of upmost importance to us and every care is taken to ensure you are happy with your purchase.  With this in mind we offer an exchange or refund service. If an item is to be returned please:-

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item and advise that the item is to be returned and your instructions i.e refund or exchange ( subject to availablity).

• Please use our ebay messaging service for all contact

• Return the item within 7 days of receipt

• All return items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all the labels and tags in place and in the original packaging.

• Original postage charges are non-refundable unless the item was found to be faulty.

• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

• We recommend you return items using Royal Mail signed for and obtain proof of postage.

• Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange items of an intimate nature.  This includes briefs, bra sets that include briefs, thongs, bodysuits and swimwear. Hosiery may be returned if unopened and in original packaging.

• Once a return has been received we will inform you by email and refund your account.  If you paid by cheque or postal orders, we will inform you that a refund has been posted.
