We at the Leaf Museum provide something truly unique: a heritage plant with edible fruit. From Isaac Newton's apple tree, to ancient Roman apricots, to berries once grown in lost cultures, each of our plants has its own special story to tell. Ideal for any occasion - for a friend, for a loved one, or for yourself - a gift from the Leaf Museum is beautiful, historical, practical, and above all very special.
Every box we send out contains an individually gift wrapped plant, and a booklet that captures the plant's story, how to nurture it, and how to use it to recreate a recipe from the early days of its cultivation. Some of our plants, like the goji, have had a recent resurgence in popularity. Others, like the salmonberry, remain lost and forgotten. And yet others, like the Decio apple, are threatened with extinction. But every plant we sell provides its owner not only with a special link to the past, but also many years of joy in the future.
