| Return Policy
For undamaged, unused items still sealed, unworn (tags still on), etc:
Returns are valid only on items in same condition (tags on, sealed) as when sent. Original, as well as return shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our mistake. Item must be returned and inspected by us before a refund is issued. OPENED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please contact us BEFORE you send you item back. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM, AND ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CONTACTING US, WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Once we receive your returned item, we will carefully inspect it to ensure the condition is the same as when it was originally sent, then we will refund the item price, not including shipping.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, or not exactly as described:
If your item arrived damaged or defective, it will be replaced with a new, inspected item. We reserve the right to replace a single disc if necessary, and not the whole set. If the the item is no longer available, you will receive a refund, if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. However, THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT, WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION BEFORE we will issue any replacement. This policy is strict due to the high number of fraud cases on Ebay. (PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING INSURANCE CANNOT BE REFUNDED - THE POST OFFICE DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT ARRIVE SAFELY!
Once you have returned your item, email us with the delivery confirmation number, and we will refund your return shipping. When we receive your item, and have carefully inspected it, we will issue your replacement.
NOTHING IS SOLVED BY GIVING NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK BEFORE CONTACTING US. PLEASE GIVE US A CHANCE TO MAKE ANY PROBLEMS RIGHT! WE AIM TO PLEASE AND WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!

On Ebay, it costs sellers both TO LIST as well as to SELL an item. When you back out of an auction, we are stuck with those fees! If you do not pay for your item, an unpaid item dispute will be opened against you, and negative feedback will be left. Ebay is not a game, SO DON'T BID IF YOU CAN'T PAY! |
