LISTING DETAILS
· Images used for all watersports clothing, inflatables, towables and accessories are the exact item you are purchasing.
· Images used in the parts and accessories listings may be library pictures, not of the exact item that is stated in the listing. In this instance, the image displayed is to be ignored as it is simply a general image, and the listing details is what you are purchasing. · We do not refund or replace items bought in error. Ensure that you know what you are buying to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.
PARTS ORDERS
· Whilst we hold stock of a large number of the parts listed on Ebay, we also list items that are not held in stock in the UK. These items are ordered in specifically, following the sale of that particular item and can take up to ten working days to be delivered.
· Please note, we have several sale outlets, supplying via our showroom, website and over the counter.
· We also supply to the trade and therefore items that were in stock at the time the item was listed, may also be on order and we therefore suggest that you contact should you wish to establish whether the item is ready for delivery, or whether the item will take the full ten days for delivery.
· We therefore withhold the right to offer a refund on engine parts ordered. We list all items to enable customers to replace broken parts that may no longer be available through original manufacturers. We pride ourselves in being able to offer a huge selection of parts, but are unable to keep stock of everything listed.
· Prior to purchasing any parts item, we advise that you contact our office if you are in any doubt as to whether you are purchasing the correct item. We are always available to help.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER AFTER RECEIVING GOODS – JETSKI PARTS NOT INCLUDED
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason you may cancel your contract unless otherwise stated in the listing OR the item is a JETSKI PART.
· If you wish to cancel please contact us in writing or email within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
· Goods must be returned to the above address at your own risk and expense.
· Please note this does not include personalized items or items made to measure.
· Please note in purchasing PACKAGE DEALS if any part of a package is returned as unwanted, the remaining parts of the package will be calculated at full RRP.
· We will refund you in full within 30 days including outward postage if applicable.
· Please note you are required to take reasonable care of the product whilst it is in your care.
· If the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition we reserve the right to withhold partial refund payment for damage caused.
· For your peace of mind, we would advise sending items back through a secure means of transport. PLEASE USE A SECURE METHOD WHERE A SIGNATURE AS PROOF OF DELIVERY IS REQUIRED.
TO SPEED UP THE RETURNS PROCESS
· We ask you to return all items within 14 days of purchase including your name, address and daytime contact number. This helps us to help you. You will not be given a refund after this timescale.
· Items should not be returned until contact has been made either by phone or email and you have received a response from our office.
CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY
· Carriage charges to the mainland UK is charged at £7.95.
· Ireland and UK Islands maybe subject to extra charges and we recommend that you request a quote prior to purchase.
· The posting and packing is charged at cost to the customer.
· Delivery: Most consignments are sent by DHL courier.
· All smaller, low end value items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
· All items need a signature on delivery.
· DHL deliver between 8.30am – 5.30pm weekdays only.
· Addresses cannot be changed when the item has left our warehouse.
· DHL will attempt delivery once and leave a card. They may attempt a second delivery, but generally, will expect you to contact the telephone number on the card to confirm a suitable date and time to redeliver. If you do not respond to a “carding” The item could be returned to us as a failed delivery. After 5 days there will be a charge made for unsuccessful delivery/ returned items to The Jetski Centre, after reasonable attempts for delivery have been made.
· Broken packages or damaged boxes MUST be indicated to the courier and "package damaged" or similar wording to indicate a potential problem MUST be written alongside the signature. Packages that have not been notified of damage at the point of signature may not be considered for replacement.
FAULTY GOODS / DVDS
· In the event of failure of a product please let us know as soon as is possible, we can then consider your claim. We may request a digital image sent via email or mobile phone of the damaged area. On our instruction we will then require you to cut up the item and send a further email. We can then, subject to a successful warranty claim send the new part to you. There maybe a delay in spare parts begin supplied from the manufacturer.
· PLEASE note we do not accept DVD/ Software returns unless faulty.
All our policies are in addition to your legal rights which may include the right to claim compensation, repair, replacement or a refund.
