Warranty & Returns

The Home Garden Store is a full registered Limited company in the United Kingdom and is registered for VAT. As we are committed to helping the environment we will issue a full VAT invoice that will be sent via email rather than sending you a paper copy. This is proof of your purchase which you should keep for your records.

90 Day Warranty

All of our items come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.

We have found with our years of experience that problems can occur during the setup and install which in most cases is easily solved by referring to the user guide or the manufacturer helpline phone number which is found in the user guide. Of course you can also contact us for any further technical advice.

If the item does develop a technical fault which can not be sorted out with the help of the technical support it can then be returned to us for repair, replacement or refund. You will not be refunded if no fault is found or if you simply don’t like the item, this could add additional costs to you as we will not refund any postage costs if this is the case. We will do our up most to try and solve any problems that you are experiencing quickly and efficiently.

However in the unlikely event that you need to return a faulty item to us we will either send a returns postage label or for heavier items these will be collected via courier. We take pride in our customer service and will treat you as we would expect to be treated.
