Unwanted Goods
We want you to be satisfied with all purchases you make from House of Gizmo Ltd.

Therefore you may return any item purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for that item. We recommend when returning items to us that you use a traceable service as we can not accept responsibility for items not received by us.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods from us then we will either refund in full or replace the faulty parts / item free of charge. Please email robert@planetgizmo.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quick as possible.

IMPORTANT: Please email or telephone us prior to returning any products (for whatever reason) and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This will ensure your return is dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Your statutory rights are not affected.
