We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

City Link Deliveries

This service is a NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE (ie: no deliveries at weekends or bank holidays) and requires a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left if no one is home to accept the delivery with a number to call to arrange re-delivery. Please reply promptly to these cards to avoid the parcel being returned to us.

IMPORTANT: This service is only available to mainland UK addresses, for off-shore addresses (N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands) Royal Mail Standard parcels will be used, delivery to these locations can typically take up to 7 days.

ROYAL MAIL deliveries typically take 2/3 days using the Packet Post system. This service is used for smaller or Low priced items. Additional items are charged at half the price of the first.

This service is available to all UK addresses.
