We adhere to the DSR and are happy to exchange or refund any item within 7 days of receipt. This is provided it is returned in the original condition (with all original packaging) along with a note explaining the reason for the return.
Please note that as buyers are responsible for the return postage, we strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate.

Devoluciones y reembolsos
Nos adherimos a los DSR y están felices de cambio o un reembolso cualquier objeto dentro de los 7 días de la recepción. Esta es la condición de que sea devuelto en su estado original (con todo el embalaje original), junto con una nota explicando el motivo de la devolución.
