QUESTIONS....... and Their Answers!
Are your items new or used?
All of our items are brand new. (We would never sell a mask that
someone has worn.)
Can you send me a photo of the actual
copy of the product I ordered that you will be mailing to me?
We'd love to, but unfortunately, that's almost impossible to do.
Sometimes we ship out several copies of any particular product a day,
and we can't know which copy of that item will be sent until it is
packed for mailing. However, please rest assured that all of our photos
are accurate depictions of the actual items we send to our customers.
Do your masks come in various sizes?
No. With very rare exception, rubber Halloween masks are only made in
one size, and are designed to fit the average sized adult man. Only the
most popular characters (Batman, for example) are made in more than
that single size, and then the only other size is meant to fit either a
young person (age 12 and up) or small adult. We always create a
separate listing for the smaller size whenever we carry both it and the
adult size. (Any of our listings for masks that does not mention size
in the item description should be assumed to be for an adult sized
mask.)
How can I tell if the mask that I want
will fit me?
The way in which rubber Halloween masks fit is based more on the shape
of the head than it is on the size of that head. Any fit problems that
do occur can be easily corrected by following the instructions on the
"Mask Tips and Techniques" sheet that we enclose with evey mask.
Will this mask move with my face?
If the Item Description does not mention that the mask as designed to
move with your face, then it will not move.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes.
How long will it take to get my item?
That depends on a number of things. When you order your item, you will
be asked to select which of the United States Postal Service's type of
service you would like us to use, and each of those services have their
own estimated delivery time. Domestic Express Mail takes either 1 or 2
business days (depending on your location), domestic Priority Mail
takes 2 to 3 business days, Express Mail International takes up to 5
business days, and Priority Mail International takes up to 10 business
days. (All of these times are estimates.) We try to ship your
order 1 business day ater our reciept of your payment (or your payment
clearing at Paypal), however please remember that once we hand your
package to the USPS, the responsibility to get the package to you
within the estimated time frame is theirs, and from that point until
the time you receive it, we are powerless to influence its' delivery or
hurry it along its' way.
How much does it cost to ship to my
location?
Again, that depends on which postal service you select and how much
your package weighs. Simply click on the 'Shiiping and Payments" tab,
located just above the main Item Description of the eBay item listing
page, select your location in the drop-down window (or enter your Zip
Code), and the shipping cost for that item will be displayed. Remember,
we only charge you the actual U.S.P.S. postage to mail your package to
you, and we never add any handling charges or additional fees of any
kind!
Do you combine shipping if I buy 2 or
more items?
Yes, we always combine shipping on multiple item purchases, except in
the few rare cases when mailing the items separately would be less
expensive for you. When ordering multiple items, always request an
invoice from us before paying, because eBay's software always
overestimates the weight and shipping cost of the package.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COMBINED SHIPPING:
We ask above that you request an invoice for the total cost when
ordering multiple items. The reason for this is simple. We use eBay's
Calculated shipping service. What this means is that when we list an
item, we enter the weight of that item in a box, ready to be shipped,
and eBay's software then calsulates the postage for mailing that
package to your location. This means you pay only what the United
States Postal Service charges for postage, and nothing more.
Unfortunatly, this also means when you order more than one item, eBay's
software adds up not only the weight of the multiple items, but the
weight of the multiple boxes and packing material as well. As a result,
eBay's estimate of the weight of the package, and as a result the cost
of mailing it, is usually higher than the actual weight and postage.
The easiest way to aviod this to to simply request an invoice, allowing
us to correct the shipping cost, before you pay for your order.
(However, if you wish to pay for your items at the time that you order
them, don't worry, if you pay too much for postage due to eBay's
over-estimate of the package weight, we always refund the difference
back to you!
Why is international shipping so
expensive?
We only charge our customers what the U.S. Postal Service charges us to
mail their packages, with nothing extra added. Postage to mail packages
internationally has more than doubled in the past few years.
PayPal/eBay ONLY accept tracking numbers as proof of mailing, which
forces us to use either Priority or Express Mail for most items.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are available for Priority and Express Mail packages.
(First Class Mail does NOT offer tracking.) To find your tracking
number, click on "My eBay", then on "Won", and finally on "Shipped".
You can also find it by clicking on "View Order Details" in the box at
the top of the item's original eBay listing page.
There's something wrong with my item.
Can I return it?
Of course. We always replace defective or damaged merchandise with
another copy of the same product. We will pay for all shipping needed
to make the exchange. Exchanges will be accepted only after prior
notification, agreement, and approval.
Can I return my item for a refund or
exchange it for another item?
Like all seasonal and collectable merchandise, all sales are considered
final, unless, as mentioned above, the item is defective. We cannot
accept returns in exchage for a refund, or for a copy of another
product.
