Selling Policies & Important Information

Payment Methods Accepted

PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order. You MUST include your name, address and item name and number with your payment when sending any kind of money through the post.  

Fees

All postage must be paid by customer and is non-refundable.

Shipping

Will ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Signed For.

For UK buyers, I cannot offer insurance as yet. Recorded or Special Delivery is available. Recorded delivery insures items up to the value of £34, Special Delivery insures items up to the value of £500. For items more than £500, extra insurance can be purchased.

Delivery & Handling

Items will be posted as soon as is possible but handling times will vary from item to item so please allow up to 7 days handling TIME (although it will rarely take this long) unless otherwise stated. THE HANDLING TIME INCLUDES RECORDED AND SPECIAL DELIVERY ITEMS. I am a full time hair extensionist and cannot get to the post office everyday so if you pay for special delivery please do not expect the item to arrive the next day - it will be posted ASAP within the 7 day handling time. You will receive the item next day AFTER it has been posted. Please feel free to email if you need an item for a certain date and I get back to you as to whether this will be possible - if you do not email, do not assume your item will arrive next day. To re-iterate;

Handling and delivery times are NOT the same thing. Handling is the time BEFORE the item is posted. Delivery is the time taken AFTER the item is posted.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO MY SELLING POLICIES AND HANDLING TIMES THEN PLEASE DO NOT BUY MY ITEMS. I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT READ THE LISTING. WHEN YOU BUY MY ITEMS YOU AGREE TO MY SELLING POLICIES - THIS INCLUDES THE HANDLING TIME!

UK Buyers Royal Mail DELIVERY Services available;

Royal Mail 2nd Class = 2-3 days delivery (after item has been posted)

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded = 1-2 days delivery (after item has been posted)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1pm) = Guaranteed Next Day delivery before 1pm (after item has been posted)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 9am) = Guaranteed Next Day delivery before 9am (after item has been posted)

If you require Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 9am) please email as I will have to change the invoice for you. An extra charge for this service will be incurred which will vary depending on weight of item but the minimum charge for the before 9am service is £12 and this only insures items up to the value of £50. For items worth more than this extra compensation MUST be purchased at the extra cost.

Refunds/Returns

As part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000 you have the right to return your product for a refund provided you give us written notice (email) within 7 business days from the day on which you receive the goods. Also as part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 certain goods by reason of their nature cannot be returned, hair extensions are a hygiene sensitive product, once the seal has been broken or the extensions taken out of the package they will be deemed exempt of refund or exchange. In the case of hair extensions your right to return is only valid if the hair extensions have not been removed from its original packaging are in their original brand new sealed condition and the tamper evident seal/guarantee void seal/packaging has not been tampered with. Once the tamper evident/guarantee void seal has been removed or the packaging tampered with you will not be able to return your extensions for a refund or exchange. You will need to pay the costs of postage and the goods are your responsibility until they have been received by eXtensionelle; a form of tracked and insured postage is recommended. If you are returning your item from outside of the European Union your postal service will provide you with a customs form, this needs to be visible on your returned parcel. You MUST clearly write the following on the customs form: RETURNED ITEM NO DUTIES. If you fail to do this your item will be returned back to you before it reaches eXtensionelle. If you would like to guarantee an exact colour match, please send me a small hair sample or you can purchase a colour ring from my ebay shop so you can match it yourself, other wise please be aware that the colours stated in the listing are offered as a guide only. All colours differ slightly from supplier to supplier and a colour on one colour ring will be different from the same colour number on another.

Accessories and equipment can be returned and exchanged or refunded within 5 days as long as they are kept in perfect condition and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued minus eBay fees, PayPal fees and postage costs.

Other Important Information

Local pick-up is NOT available.

If you would like a sample of the quality of hair I use, please email me your name and address and I will post a complementary sample out to you - YOU CANNOT CHOOSE THE COLOUR OF THE SAMPLE - it is so you can check the quality, not the colour.

I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are well packaged when posted and I always obtain proof of posting which will be kept for 3 weeks after postage of the items. If your item is lost I will post you the certificate and it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to claim compensation from royal mail. DO NOT BUY MY ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS.
