Delivery

All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post with proof of postage on the same day if payment is received by 4pm Mon-Fri after 4pm the item is sent the next working day
A confirmation email of your item being dispatched will be sent and from there you should receive your item in approx 1-2 days however please wait at least 4-5 days before contacting us if the item has not arrived.
We do not automatically refund money or re-send the product for lost items but do provide all the necessary details,help for a claim against Royal Mail and bringing the transaction to a swift conclusion.

We do offer a next day delivery through Royal Mail but this does come with additional cost please ask for a quote before purchase.

We do send items worldwide again by Royal Mail 1st Class International and this service can take up to 21 days to arrive but normally within 10 days dependant on you local postal service and where in the would your are in the world
