Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please do not hesitate
to contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We will
replace any item that you are unhappy with or offer you a full refund less the
shipping cost. Return your unused purchase to us postmarked within 30 days of
the order date for a full refund.
They will not be accepted if the goods have been used or fitted or not fit for resale. We can only credit the card used for the original purchasing transaction or refund the PayPal transaction. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded unless error is by The Green Spark Plug Co.
How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package.
