Returns

You are welcome to return your item with a no quibble refund if you are dissatisfied with your product. The item must be returned in a re-saleable condition with all original packaging. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless in the case of a faulty item. All items ordered in error will incur a 25% handling fee and postage costs. Prior to any return please contact us so that we may issue you with a returns number and relevant forms needed to process your refund.

All returns are processed within 7 days with refunds being paid directly via PayPal or method of payment. Please include your eBay user id and return reason so that we may process your return as efficiently as possible
