Delivery & Postage
At Football Nation we aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. We will ensure that every order placed (subject to availability) will be despatched within 24-48 hours of Football Nation receiving it. This applies to orders received Monday to Friday. UK- delivery approx 1-3 working days EU- delivery approx 1-5 working days WW- delivery approx 5-10 working days. This does not include weekends!
  
You may return your order within 7 working days,after you have received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong item. If a refund is payable to you we will process this as soon as possible. Please be aware that this can take up to 14 days. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. We advise the safest way to return these is via a recorded method to insure security. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable i.e a personalised smith 21 shirt. However if you have a player personalised shirt we may take this back dependant on circumstances.
