 | A: We accept Paypal and Personal Cheque/Postal order. If paying by cheque, please ensure cheques are made payable to FSNBF. (We only accept cheques from UK based banks) |
 | Q: What is your handling time? |
 |
 | A: This shop is run on a voluntary basis to raise money for the FSNBF and all stock is located at Devon Fire and Rescue HQ near Exeter. For this reason, items are not posted everyday. We aim to dispatch all items within 5 days but it is often much quicker! |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping costs for multiple purchases? |

 | A: Yes. We combine shipping for any multiple purchase (not just of the same item.) Please contact us for a price BEFORE sending payment as corrections cannot be made afterwards. |
 | Q: Do you accept returns? |
 |
 | A: Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us ASAP if this does happen. The item should be returned with all original packaging. We can then offer a replacement or a full refund. |
