The returns policy at the Fabric Factory

We offer a no-quibble return policy on all items and aim to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible.If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

If you would like a refund or an exchange, simply send your item(s) back to us through any postal service of your choice within 14 days of receipt to:

Items should be returned in their original un-damaged packaging, not used and in a saleable condition, with a note of your name, address, order number and your EBay user ID.

If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your liability.

It is vital that you look after the products on arrival. Please do not remove tags and retain the original packaging. Goods that are soiled, torn or damaged can’t be refunded.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account. And as soon as your return has been processed by us, we will email you to let you know.
