With The greatest respect, I now am getting so many customers that don’t check if they will be able to play Region 2 DVD’s – Please note that it is your responsibility to check this before bidding or buying an Item. Please see Region Checklist below.

Please check your DVD player compatibility before you purchase. This is the buyer’s responsibility and no returns will be allowed for not checking compatibility

 

Multi-Region DVD players should play all DVD’s

 

Region 1 = USA, Canada

Region 2 = UK, Europe, Middle East, Japan, South Africa

Region 3 = South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Asia

Region 4 = Australia, New Zealand, Latin America

Region 5 = Russia, Indian continent, Africa

Region 6 = China

Region 0 = Region free (should play anywhere – This may depend on Pal or NTSC Systems.

General

I reserve the right to cancel bids of those who have a poor overall or negative feedback rating, or any bid retractions.

I always use feedback. It's the only way I keep good service, and to stop fraud. Please use this. However, if you experience any difficulties – please contact me prior to leaving feedback – it’s only fair.

To ensure I get the chance to put things right If anything goes wrong, I only leave feedback once it’s been left for me.

Please complete eBay’s checkout form after you have won or bought an item. Payment Must be sent to me within 3 days for Paypal or 7 days (all other forms of payment) of the closed auction date, unless prior arrangements have been made. All non-paying Customers will be reported and may receive an unpaid Item Strike.

 

Payment Options

International buyers

Paypal Only - Payment is accepted by Paypal in Pound Sterling Only. Non-sterling payments will be rejected; Paypal should convert payment to Sterling for you.

UK buyers

My preferred method of payment is Where possible Postal Orders

Postal order payments will result in a much quicker delivery of your goods, as there is no waiting time for funds to clear.

Payment is also accepted by:

  • Bankers draft – made payable to David Collins
  • Cheque – Please allow at least 5 working days for cheques to clear before dispatch is made.
  • Postal orders – please write my name David Collins on the postal order, but please don’t sign it yourself.
  • Paypal in Pounds Sterling only. Non-sterling payments will be rejected.

Postage & Packing

·        Postal prices are listed, depending on the item being sold; postage & packing will include but are not limited to, postal charges, packaging, bubble wrap, tape, stationery, post office travel costs, including petrol, car running costs, my time & effort.

  • For UK Recorded Delivery (optional unless stated) please add £0.72 (Goods Value up to £34) £1.00 (Goods Value up to £100) (£2.25 Goods Value up to £250) (3.50 Goods Value up to £500)
  • For International Signed for Delivery Optional unless stated) Please add £3.50 for Goods Value up to £34 or £5.70 for Goods Value up to £500, these options are here for your piece of mind and is charged at the Current postal rates only, no profit is made.  
  • Every item posted without Insurance will be itemised on a proof of postage card and will be signed and stamped by the postal clerk as proof that the item has been sent.
  • In the event of non-delivery/Damaged Goods – I will only claim with Royal Mail after at least (14 days UK) (28 Days Worldwide) have past from the date the Item was sent (Excluding Bank Holidays), A Full refund will be given once compensation has been received by me from Royal Mail.

I will not accept responsibility for items that arrive late unless I have failed to post within my specified despatch times as stated on the listing.

Warranty / Returns

All My items are guaranteed against manufacturers defect for 14 days from receipt, and if found to be faulty will be replaced free of charge with an identical copy or a full refund given.

All returns must be authorised,  if the item returns to me in a different state to which it was sent – no returns will be given and the item returned at the purchaser’s expense.

My auction description is provided as accurate and as honest as possible.  All items are sold upon this information and any questions you ask before bidding. By bidding upon this item you have agreed to these terms and to complete the sale. Occasionally some items are sold knowingly with faults or errors - this will be made apparent in the auction description. Faults will be clearly outlined; if not a full refund will be given on the item only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Honesty – I always intend to be straight forward and honest with all my listings, if there is any information you require before bidding/buying, please don’t hesitate to contact me and ask question/s.
