Making a Purchase Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will contact you. We accept all major credit cards.
Shipping and Handling Delivery is usually made in 1-2 working days (not including Weekends), but in most cases is next day. In many cases we can offer an express shipping option that guarantees delivery on a specific date & time to suit.
Express Shipping Express shipping is a service offered by our couriers who aim to make delivery on a specified date & time. If stock constraints restrict us from honouring this you will be informed of such a delay. We can take no responsibility for circumstances outside of our control such as unexpected carrier delays/loss of goods that may lead to your goods being delayed. We will however contact you & refund the additional Express Shipping cost in these cases.
Cancelling an Order You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery. To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods back outside of these 7 days. You must contact us for this option to be considered. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless the item we delivered to you is not as ordered or not as described on the website. When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Guarantee All products carry a minimum of 1 year's warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions (unless specified in the item description).
