Therefore, you can feel relaxed with the fact that your item is not going to be handled via a third-party which can often result in unwanted delays and confusion. Furthermore, if you have any queries regarding our items, you can contact us via your preferred communication method and we can answer your queries immediately by 'feeling' the product ourselves!
We aim to despatch your order within two business days, most orders are shipped within one business day. excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We use a combination of delivery services in order to get your item to you as fast as possible for as little as possible. All orders are wrapped and packaged well ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition.
