Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your item, please return it to us within 10 days of receipt. Please fill in an eBay Return Form to request a return.

Important return information:

• Item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn and free from odours including perfume. If an item came with tags, these must still be attached.
• We will refund the purchase price of the item including the cost of sending the item to you.
• Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
• If we find that the item has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please email us straight away and return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND. We will also bear the cost of return postage.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
