Returns Policy
The Dressy dress shop complies with the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow customers to cancel a purchase within 7 working days after the day an item is received. (14 days for international customers)
If an item has been seriously misdescribed, a full refund including all postage and packaging costs (that the customer incurred) will be offered.
If an item is unsuitable for any other reason, it may be returned and a refund will be offered including original postage costs. (Customer is responsible for return postage)
Made to order dresses (custom made) can be returned if unsuitable and a refund for the cost of the dress, excluding original postage costs will be offered. (customer responsible for return postage)
If an item needs to be returned, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return within 7 days if possible. Goods should be returned in the condition they were received and suitably packaged for refund policy to apply.
Please note that the UK Distance Selling Regulations state that a UK customer has a legal right to cancel a purchase (i.e. contact seller, indicating the intent to return goods) within 7 working days after the receipt of goods. The UK Distance Selling Regulations excludes custom made dresses.
