Payment timescales
We do not have a fixed time period for payment, but the sooner we receive payment, the sooner we will dispatch your item. We will send a courtesy email after a week or so to check that all is well; sometimes payments do go missing. If we have not heard anything after two weeks, we will have to start the process to recover our fees from eBay, but will keep you informed at each stage.

Postage timescale
We will send items within two working days once payment has cleared.
We send all parcels via a guaranteed courier service.
All parcels sent can be tracked and you will receive an email from our courier with tracking details.
NOTE: If using cheques as payment method please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear.
We will confirm via email when your item has been dispatched.
General postage information
Our postage costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s), including packaging, as per our couriers tarriff. They also include all packing materials used to ship your item.
We hold a good quantity of stock and aim to post all items as soon as possible. However, sometimes we need to order new stock in and this adds an extra 1 or 2 days to delivery times.

Returns
If for any reason the item is not as described in the eBay listing, we will be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item in the original packaging. The return postage costs would not be included in any refund made. If you feel that the item is not as it should be for any other reason, please let us know and we will sort something out. |
