 | A: If you miss the courier delivery. Contact the courier company directly. If you miss the redelivery and item is returned to us. You will have to pay for item to be delivered again. |

 | A: The courier company need a telephone number to arrange delivery. |
 | Q: The item is listed as a different year to my car, will it still suit? |

 | A: Please try and research the part you need before clicking to buy. We have experienced mechanics that can double check details. |

 | A: yes, alllow us time to send you an invoice before paying. When item has immediate payment required, we will combine retrospectively. |

 | A: Most UK courier parcels are sent next day delivery. Saturday delivery is available at a premium. It does need to be purchased no later than 12 noon for this to occur. If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will try to accommodate |
 | Q: I don't have paypal, how else can I pay? |

 | A: We can take credit / debit card payments over the telephone, and we also accept cheques and postal orders. No order is shipped until funds have cleared. |
