SHIPPING
We post orders Monday - Friday. Excluding bank holidays. WE
DELIVER TO UK, ALL EU COUNTRIES , USA CANADA & AUSTRALIA.
Please contact us first for a postal rate if your outside UK.
Our accepted method of payment is Paypal, but we accept CHEQUES & POSTAL ORDERS (UK ONLY) if you do not have a Paypal Account.

Goods WILL NOT BE SENT OUT until FUNDS HAVE CLEARED or POSTAL
ORDERS CASHED.
Please Grant Payment within 3 DAYS of purchasing, if paying by
Paypal.
We will combine postage for multiple item purchases. Please
request 'TOTAL FROM SELLER' before paying so we can re-calculate the postage for
you, thus making it cheaper.
We are based in South Yorkshire in Rotherham. If you live locally you can contact us to arrange to pick up your order from us, thus saving on postage.
Please contact us first before paying if you wish to do this, so
we can invoice you minus any postage.
RETURNS
We hope that you are
happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely
satisfied, or the goods are damaged on arrival, you may return any or all of the
items to us for a refund within 14 days from delivery, subject to the following
conditions:

must inform us of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receiving
the goods, either by email or phone call.

If you
wish to return only part of the order then please also clearly state which items
you wish to return.

You
must wait for our response before returning the goods if emailing.

We may
correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to
return.

You
must return the goods to us and obtain proof of posting when doing so.
