Payment Methods

Payment
 
We accept PayPal as a method of payment. If payment is not received an automatic payment reminder will be sent after 4 days.
 
If after 7 days no payment has been received, an eBay unpaid item dispute will be opened.
 
Purchases paid by e-cheque will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Clearance can take between 3-14 working days. Please note this if you require the item quickly.
 
We encourage customers to buy three or more items from us to receive refunds on payments made. Please refer to our discounts page for further details.
 
Delivery
 
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 Working Day of cleared payment (Mon-Fri Only).
 
Your goods will be shipped by Royal Mail and can take between 1 - 25 workings days depending upon your shipping location.
 
If you do not receive your order within the timescales quoted please check with your local Post Office depot, before getting in contact, to ensure it has not been taken back there. This is something we ask all customers to do as it is surprising how often Postman forget to leave a Failure to Deliver Card! Please do not worry if your item does not arrive. We will place a replacement in the post to you or refund your payment.
 
Please ensure the address on your eBay account is correct. This is the address your order will be posted to. We are not responsible if your address recorded in eBay is incorrect.
 
Delays to orders
 
If you experience a delay in receiving your order the first thing we ask customers to do is to check if the item is being held at the Local Post Office Delivery Office.
 
We do experience the odd occasion where customers are not in at the time of delivery but Postman Omit to advise the customer of Non Delivery by Posting through the Letterbox A Failure to Deliver Card.
 
If the item is not being held by the Local Post Office Delivery Office please let us know and we will resolve.
 
Overseas orders
 
All overseas orders are posted via Royal Mail Airmail.  Standard postage is used which does not include Tracking.
 
IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS AND WISH TO HAVE YOUR ORDER TRACKED PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF THE COST AND SEND YOU AN INVOICE.
 
TRACKING IS EXPENSIVE AND IS NOT INCLUDED AS STANDARD.
 
Postage charges
 
The majority of our listings include Free UK Postage. Where postage is charged the postage prices are clearly stated on each of our listings.
 
Postage charges include postage, packaging and handling.
 
Special Next Day Delivery items bought after 12 Noon will be posted the next working day.
 
International Shipping charges are stated on all listings.
 
International Shipping outside of the European Union may be subject to Import duties or other taxes which Customers may be liable for. It is the Customers responsibility to identify if such charges apply.
 
Overseas Buyers
 
We welcome buyers from across the globe!
 
We send our overseas orders by Airmail through the Royal Mail Airmail.
 
Overseas orders usually take 3-5 working days for Europe and up to 25 working days for the Rest of the World (these times are a guideline only, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries).
 
When ordering multiple items from overseas please wait to be invoiced with postage discounts applied before paying. 
 
PLEASE NOTE FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS THE ROYAL MAIL DO NOT DEEM AN ITEM LOST UNTIL 25 WORKING DAYS HAS LASPED.  WHERE AN OVERSEAS ORDER IS LOST WE WAIT 25 WORKING DAYS BEFORE POSTING A REPLACEMENT OR PROVIDING A REFUND.
