Items can be returned (on prior agreement) for an exchange or refund as long as they are returned in the original condition and packaging within 14 days.
The return postage costs for damaged or faulty items will be reimbursed on receipt of the returned item.
If customers change their mind and return items to us the return postage cost is non-refundable.
For orders where customers change their mind we do not refund the original postage cost that we are charged for posting the item.
Please note if you change your mind we will deduct the original cost of posting the item to you. This includes all Free Post Listings and all overseas orders;

Please note the item is still your property until we receive the item back in the post and have refunded you. If the item is lost in the post it is your responsibility. In our experience as long as the address is correct there is a very low percentage of an item being lost.
