If there is an error with your order or a faulty/broken item, please contact us by email immediately and we will put it right. For non-faulty items we are happy to offer a refund (excluding p&p) for any item which does not meet your requirements. A 10% relisting fee will be charged on returns of any item which does not meet your requirements. Please email us within 7 days of receipt and we will give you instructions on returning the item. Items must be returned, in original packaging, unopened & in re-saleable condition within 14 days. | |
