Always read the manual or instructions carefully before assembling any items. Cost Delivery on the majority of items is included in the price to most UK mainland destinations. Occasionally on larger items a premium may be payable for deliveries to certain areas of the Country. We will contact you if this applies to your order. The Cowshed will contact you to arrange payment before goods are dispatched. You may of course cancel and receive a full refund if you do not wish to continue with the purchase. Some of our products due to size and delivery cost are only able to be delivered to mainland England. We will inform you if this is the case on your order. Delivery Time Most products are delivered within 48 hours but some may take longer.Some products due to stocking levels and manufacturing constraints may take up to 28 days to deliver. If you have a specific date needed by please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Deliveries are normally made between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday – Friday. We cannot specify a time or give an estimate.We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). The driver will leave goods as instructed and take a signature as proof of delivery. Without this note or no one at home, there may be a redelivery charge. Please let us have a telephone number in case of any problems. Stock In the rare occurrence that an item is ordered and is out of stock for a longer period, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will endeavour to find a suitable replacement for your approval. If this is not possible, we will reimburse your payment in full or hold on backorder.
