Where possible our listing will say whether an item can be engraved or not. If you require engraving on an item please use the 'note to seller' option in the paypal checkout screen or you can email us your requirements to: info@aseawards.co.uk
Please remember to check your spelling and grammer as we copy and paste the text into our software direct from your message to save any errors.
We aim to dispatch all engraved products within 3 days of cleared payment being received, if we do not receive engraving instructions either via paypal or email we will assume you do not want the item engraved and it will be dispatched blank.
We do not place a restriction on you regarding engraving text but would recommend trophies have not more than 30 characters and a maximum of 3 lines.
