MESSAGES
Please only use ebay to send messages as opposed to sending emails. The emails for ebay often go unchecked whereas messages received through ebay itself will always be seen and actioned.

PAYMENT DESCRIPTION
Payments by credit cards, paypal or postal order are preferred as goods can be shipped immediately (except for payment by paypal echeque which takes 10 days to clear).
Payments by cheque take 7 days from receipt to clear. Credit card payments can be accepted over the internet via paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account, simply follow the link for paypal and follow the instructions for paying without a paypal account.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most items ship next working day, but inevitably during busy periods this may take a little longer. We list all items with a ‘3 days to despatch’ marker and this is the maximum we would expect to take to despatch your item.

ROYAL MAIL SERVICES
Second class post may take up to 10 days to be delivered, while first class may take up to 4 days. Please allow for this when ordering. If you feel that any item has been longer than you expected then phone or email.

COURIER SHIPMENTS
If you order an item to be delivered by courier, then please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the goods at the delivery addresss. Our courier will attempt to deliver twice on consecutive days, leaving a card on each attempt. They will then await your response to the card for two days. IF NO-ONE CONTACTS THEM DURING THIS PERIOD THEY WILL RETURN THE ITEM TO US! Should this happen then the buyer will be responsible for the further carriage costs incurred in re-shipping the item.

OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS
All goods are shipped overseas by Royal Mail recorded Delivery. This may take up to 30 days at busy times of the year, and we cannot claim for lost parcels until this time has elapsed. Please do not contact us about lost parcels until at least 21 days after the date of payment as there is little we can do to speed up the service. The buyer is responsible for any extra charges incurred for goods entering their country (VAT or other customs charges). In particular please be aware that we do not investigate taxes local to countries outside the UK so if you havent purchased from the UK previously please check, prior to purchasing, any costs you may incur.

FEEDBACK POLICY
We will give positive feedback when you have paid for your item. We believe that this is fair as you have completed your side of the purchase. Similarly we would ask that you do the same for us on receipt of your item. Please do not leave bad feedback if you just don't like the goods or if you don't like the colour etc. Feedback is intended to help other ebay users decide if we are to be trusted as sellers, and we take bad feedback to heart. Please be aware that feedback is a measure of whether we keep our promises. If we say we will despatch goods within 3 days and we have done so, it is not for the purchaser to decide this is too long and hence give a low feedback score. Please score our feedback on whether we have done as we have promised rather than based on a judgment of how long you believe we should take to despatch. If you have any problems please contact us either by phone or email, and we will try to sort out your problems. Please note that we are only available during office hours Monday to Friday.

RETURN POLICY
You may return unwanted goods within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and still sealed. The buyer is responsible for all post and packing costs. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged, unsealed or incomplete. Please send a message via ebay requesting a Returns Authorisation Number prior to sending the goods as your authorisation number needs to be written clearly on the outside of the package. Our warehouse will refuse any returned item which does not bear a Returns Authorisation Number. Undamaged, complete goods may be returned by prior agreement and will attract a 30% restocking fee; return carriage for all such goods to be borne by the purchaser.
