General Questions
Q:How long will my order take to arrive?
A: If you on on UK Mainland its normally 2-3 days delivery if your orders are placed before 4.30pm - but this is not guaranteed. We will email tracking details as soon as they are available. If in doubt contact us.


Q: Will the parcel be tracked and insured and which couriers do you use?
A: Yes all parcels and tracked and insured and we use all the main couriers such as  DHL, TNT etc


Q: Do you ship Internationally
A:No, we only deliver to mainland UK


Q: Can you offer any discount on the price listed on eBay?
A: Sorry - the margins are too tight to offer any discount - the best price is the price listed on eBay.


Technical Questions
Q: Can you upgrade the RAM, processor or any other features on the item?
A: I'm afraid we do not do upgrades here - the items are sold only in the specs listed.

Q: Do you also sell computer software for my PC/Laptop
A: Yes, check our shop for a full range of software


Once your order has been placed
Q: My order has not arrived - what should I do?
A: You should have recieved a tracking number - please check with the couriers website and call them for more details - if you are still having problems please email us straight away


Q: My order has arrived but it is faulty - what should I do?
A: Please email us with the details and please contact the manufacturer immediately - click here for details


Q: My order has arrived but I have changed my mind and wish to return it.
A: Only unused items can be returned within 7 days - please click here for full details of our returns procedure.
