In line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR's) we will accept returns claims within 7 working days after the day on which you receive your item(s). In the unlikely event that you do wish to return an item, please contact us via eBay Messages to request a Returns Authorisation Number. Any items returned without an RA number and completed returns slip may experience a delay in processing. You must return the package in it's entirety at your expense and we recommend using a service with tracking for your security. We would also recommend obtaining proof of posting which you should retain until you receive your refund. Once we receive your item we shall issue a refund within 3 working days. This does not apply to items collected by you or a representative of you from our premises.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
When we ship an item to you and it gets lost or damaged we will issue a full refund or replace the item where possible. Please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date if your item has not arrived. This will enable us to contact the carrier to resolve any issues or make a claim. If making a claim we may require you to sign a form to enable us to do so.
Items Not as Described
In line with your rights under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 we will refund or exchange (where possible) any items that significantly or materially (where materially means affecting the items value) differ from the photo's or listing description. We may, at our discretion, require photo's of the item for verification before offering a solution. Solutions can vary between full or partial refunds, collection of the item, or authorised by writing a refund of your return shipping costs. If you or a representative of you are collecting an item from our premises, please check the condition and that there are no significant or material differences before taking them away.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item and shipping unless limited by statute.
