All items will be despatched via Royal Mail second Class delivery, unless listed differently on postage page.
You will find items have a secondary postage option should you wish to receave your item sooner, than our normal postage option.
2nd Class Delivery is normally 1-3 working days from date of despatch
1st Class Delivery is Normally delivered within 3 working days of despatch
Any items Totaling more than 2000 grms in weight will normally be despatched via either Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Courier.
If ordering multible items from my shop, any corresponding postage discounts will be applied automatically.
Should any item arrive damaged or go missing via the royal mail, The royal mail has a standard compensation payment of upto £46. This you would need to claim via the Post office. ( I always obtain proof of postage should you require proof of despatch in any compensation claim ).
Should any multiple purchases go over this amount or weight is to high for standard postage,
items will be despatched separately to reduce weight and or cost.
Should an item not arrive within the expected delivery period, the Post Office has a standard 15 working day policy before they will accept any claim for non delivery or loss for any standard services.
If item is despatched recorded or other higher rate of service the standard time is 10 days.
