Delivery
We process all orders as soon as possible on receipt of payment. items are despatched as soon as possible after this. Goods should reach the customer normally within five-Seven working days from receipt of order. ( Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.)
Please Note:
Although we endeavour to despatch within 24-48 Hrs of receipt of order we are not responsible for or can we be held responsible for any delays in delivery once item has left our premises.
Goods are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value.
Postage and Packaging
Delivery prices are clearly stated on the website. These delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. Customers living outside the UK will need to contact us prior to placing order, we will inform them of the delivery charge applicable to their specific order before processing.

We accept most major credit and debit cards via paypal.
Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you do decide to cancel then please contact us via email, to receive return details. On receipt of goods returned we shall refund your money within 2 days.
We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by your self for returning goods.
The goods must be returned unopened with all accessories, packaging, instructions etc and must be in unused condition. Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty and returned within 14 days, on examination if item is found to be faulty due to manufacturer fault, we are happy to replace or refund it. After this period of time item will be returned to manufacturer / supplier for repair or replacement.
Guarantees
All new items come with a minimum one year warranty. with a Thirty day money back guarantee provided they are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent out. During this 'cooling off' period you may return the goods provided they are unused and in the original packaging.
Mistakes
In the event of a mistake being made with a customers bill, receipt or payment, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
Complaints
Our customers are very important to us. We promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days, and to resolve all problems as quickly and efficiently as we can. We endeavour to resolve all complaints within seven working days.
