Most of our items are made by hand so please allow up to 14 full working days for delivery ( this doesnt include weekends and bank holidays) And during the hight of wedding season this can lead up to 21 days.

Please be patient with us to ensure everyone gets the best service we can offer. I do not like to rush my work as every bride, no mater how small the item ordered deserves the same care and attention to detail. So please concider this when you order from us. Even if your item is already made up it doesnt mean you will jump to the front of the postal queue. Sorry :(

Sadly human error can happen occassionally and you cant please all of the people all of the time.... but I am willing to take this as challenge and give it a try!   

SORRY GUYS - POSTAL PRICE INCREASE FROM 30th OF APRIL 2012! I hate to do this but royal mail has increased all prices so we have had to follow suit, I think you will find most of our postal costs are still below the actual royal mail price for you. We try our best to maintain a resonable postage cost.

All standard items take up to 14 days for UK delivery (with the exception of special deliveries) and 21 days for oversea delivery .Payments by paypal will be sent an immediate tracking number for you to track your own parcel every step of the way, please ring 08457 740 740 or visit www.royalmail.com  For payments by cheque or postal order tracking is available on request. Please try to avoid emailing us before the 14 days is up as royal mail does not consider a parcel missing until the 14 days has passed. Any parcels that are attempted delivery that are not collected and are returned back, you will need to repay postage, if this should happen you will need to contact me to arrange re-sending. Unfortunately i dont have time to contact you regarding this matter.

Q. Are your flowers real or silk? A. All my flowers are silk.

Q. I haven't recieved my parcel yet, can you look it up for me? A. All orders will be issued with a tracking number which is provided to enable you to track your parcel at every stage. If it is within 14 days of purchase, please wait until this time has passed.

Q. Can you do my item in this colour? A. The colours i have are listed on the adverts, but if you need a colour match just send me a sample and that wont be a problem at all.

Q. I have recieved my flowers but they are the wrong colour, please advise. A. No problem send them back and i will exchange them for you.

Q. Im getting married very shortly, can you provide my items any quicker than 14 days? A. If you require your item any sooner than 14 days to ensure a. we have it in stock and b. i have enough time to make it up for you.

Before we begin - please can I stress the most important thing about ebay and online orders is contact. We are here to help you but sometimes written lines are not enough. If you have any issue, please email or call us.

 

1. Any orders that have not provided a colour choice will just sit in our work tray until someone has time to email you. This may delay your order by days. The order will only be processed from the day it is complete. If you supply the wrong colour choice you may of course return your itm for exchange but you will be obliged to pay postage both ways.

 

2. Any postal payments received without the item number and colour choice included will NOT be included for processing until the relevant information is provided, which can be forwarded via email to florristkimmy@hotmail.com, and leave a message on the answerphone on 01702 306228.

 

3. All returns MUST be sent recorded delivery.

 

4. We try and make up all parcels as soon as is possible from receipt of payment. But please remember we do not que jump smaller or less complicated orders. All orders are treated the same. Weather you are waiting for a bridal bouquet or a packet of confetti, the waiting time is the same.  

 

 

5. 6. Once your order has been posted it is now out of our hands and we have NO control over delivery. As stated in royal mails postal regulations ALL items take up 14 working days (not including saturday and sunday) to arrive.

 

7. You can return your items for a refund if you are unhappy with them with 7 DAYS. If we have made a mistake with your order or your item is broken in the post and you wish to have a refund we will issue you with a full refund. If you wish to return for any other reason we will issue you with a refund for the item but NOT for the postage costs.

 

8. If you have an obscure colour or a specific flower choice and are uncertain that my colours will not match you MUST send me a colour swatch or photo example, otherwise I cannot guarantee that we don’t have separate idea’s of what a certain colour is.

 

9. Combined shipping - yes we do but you need to wait until you have bought all your items, dont go straight in an pay. Click contact seller for total on your invoice so we can combine your postage for you.

10.  Last but not least - You dont like the item that arrived? Or you didnt like our service / delivery time or anything else during the sale - Please dont go straight in and neg us... at least email us first and tell us your issues. Give us a chance to put any problems right or explain why you may have had a problem. Then if you feel we deserve a neg feel free to use your opinion.
