Before we begin - please can I stress the most important thing about ebay and online orders is contact. We are here to help you but sometimes written lines are not enough. If you have any issue, please email or call us.
1. Any orders that have not provided a colour choice will just sit in our work tray until someone has time to email you. This may delay your order by days. The order will only be processed from the day it is complete. If you supply the wrong colour choice you may of course return your itm for exchange but you will be obliged to pay postage both ways.
2. Any postal payments received without the item number and colour choice included will NOT be included for processing until the relevant information is provided, which can be forwarded via email to florristkimmy@hotmail.com, and leave a message on the answerphone on 01702 306228.
3. All returns MUST be sent recorded delivery.
4. We try and make up all parcels as soon as is possible from receipt of payment. But please remember we do not que jump smaller or less complicated orders. All orders are treated the same. Weather you are waiting for a bridal bouquet or a packet of confetti, the waiting time is the same.
5. Payments by paypal will be sent an immediate tracking number for you to track your own parcel every step of the way, please ring 08457 740 740 or visit www.royalmail.com for payments by cheque or postal order tracking is available on request. Please try to avoid emailing us before the 14 days is up as royal mail does not consider a parcel missing until the 14 days has passed. Any parcels that are attempted delivery that are not collected and are returned back, you will need to repay postage, if this should happen you will need to contact me to arrange re-sending. Unfortunately I don’t have time to contact you regarding this matter.
6. Once your order has been posted it is now out of our hands and we have NO control over delivery. As stated in royal mails postal regulations ALL items take up 14 working days (not including saturday and sunday) to arrive.
7. You can return your items for a refund if you are unhappy with them with 7 DAYS. If we have made a mistake with your order or your item is broken in the post and you wish to have a refund we will issue you with a full refund. If you wish to return for any other reason we will issue you with a refund for the item but NOT for the postage costs.
8. If you have an obscure colour or a specific flower choice and are uncertain that my colours will not match you MUST send me a colour swatch or photo example, otherwise I cannot guarantee that we don’t have separate idea’s of what a certain colour is.
9. Combined shipping - yes we do but you need to wait until you have bought all your items, dont go straight in an pay. Click contact seller for total on your invoice so we can combine your postage for you.
10. Last but not least - You dont like the item that arrived? Or you didnt like our service / delivery time or anything else during the sale - Please dont go straight in and neg us... at least email us first and tell us your issues. Give us a chance to put any problems right or explain why you may have had a problem. Then if you feel we deserve a neg feel free to use your opinion.
