Most of our items are made by hand so please allow up to 14 full working days for delivery ( this doesnt include weekends and bank holidays) And during the hight of wedding season this can lead up to 21 days.

Please be patient with us to ensure everyone gets the best service we can offer. I do not like to rush my work as every bride, no mater how small the item ordered deserves the same care and attention to detail. So please concider this when you order from us. Even if your item is already made up it doesnt mean you will jump to the front of the postal queue. Sorry :(

Sadly human error can happen occassionally and you cant please all of the people all of the time.... but I am willing to take this as challenge and give it a try!   

SORRY GUYS - POSTAL PRICE INCREASE FROM 30th OF APRIL 2012! I hate to do this but royal mail has increased all prices so we have had to follow suit, I think you will find most of our postal costs are still below the actual royal mail price for you. We try our best to maintain a resonable postage cost.

Postal information

All standard items take up to 14 days for UK delivery (with the exception of special deliveries) and 21 days for oversea delivery .Payments by paypal will be sent an immediate tracking number for you to track your own parcel every step of the way, please ring 08457 740 740 or visit www.royalmail.com  For payments by cheque or postal order tracking is available on request. Please try to avoid emailing us before the 14 days is up as royal mail does not consider a parcel missing until the 14 days has passed. Any parcels that are attempted delivery that are not collected and are returned back, you will need to repay postage, if this should happen you will need to contact me to arrange re-sending. Unfortunately i dont have time to contact you regarding this matter.

Q. Are your flowers real or silk? A. All my flowers are silk.

Q. I haven't recieved my parcel yet, can you look it up for me? A. All orders will be issued with a tracking number which is provided to enable you to track your parcel at every stage. If it is within 14 days of purchase, please wait until this time has passed.

Q. Can you do my item in this colour? A. The colours i have are listed on the adverts, but if you need a colour match just send me a sample and that wont be a problem at all.

Q. I have recieved my flowers but they are the wrong colour, please advise. A. No problem send them back and i will exchange them for you.

Q. Im getting married very shortly, can you provide my items any quicker than 14 days? A. If you require your item any sooner than 14 days to ensure a. we have it in stock and b. i have enough time to make it up for you.
  

Colour choices 

 

As most of my adverts state, nearly all my items are available in practically any colour. If you do not see the colour you require you can always email me to check that it is available but it is essential that you add your chosen colour to your payment. This enables us to have your order and colour choice together to avoid any confusions. You can do this by adding the colour to the message box on your paypal payment or adding a note to your cheque or postal. 

 

If you forget to add your colour choice to your payment do not worry you can just email it to us at bridalworkshop@hotmail.com

Please ensure if you email you MUST add the item number and the eBay name that the item was purchased in so we can match your details.

Also if you have any specifications about which flowers you would like to be used in your order please add this to your payment with your colour choice.

 

Here are some of colours of the most popular roses we stock. We have three different rose styles are all of them are shown below. We have an large open rose, a semi open bud and a closed bud.  But for any further info its best to email us.
