At The-BlackBerry we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with the purchase you have made as the item may not fit or you simply change your mind. For this reason you we have a simple easy hassle free returns policy:

How it works?

If you have purchased an item and you are not 100% happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving of your item to arrange a full refund (excluding postage). Items must be returned in their original condition (no cigarette, perfume smell, make-up marks etc). A returns form is included with your purchase with full details and returns address.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges on any items. Items can only be returned for a refund (excluding postage), you can then bid/purchase on a different item as normal. This is because we only carry small quantities at a time and we can not guarantee any items will still be in stock once your returned item is received back to us. Thank you for your understanding.

Please remember:

• Goods must be unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging and tag attached.
• We won't be able to refund the item until we have received the parcel back and it has been inspected by our Returns Department. All returns will be processed within 10 working days or as soon as practically possible.
• We won't be able to refund if your returned item is lost in the post when being returned.
