Terms And Conditions
Returns:
We will refund you, or replace any
item returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in new condition, unused
and in their original packaging. Postage to cover the cost of returning
goods, for exchange or refund, is the responsibility of the customer.
Please clearly label all returns to The Black Sheep Returns
Department. You should also remember to include your name, address,
daytime telephone number and a covering letter explaining why you are
returning it AND what you would like us to do; refund or exchange? With
any returns (we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in
new condition or after the 30 day period). If items are returned that
contributed towards a special discount (e.g. Multi-Buys) the discount
will be claimed back where applicalable. Any problems just call us on

Returns From Outside of the U.K. & ROI:
We can only refund items that were returned to us from outside of the
U.K. & ROI. We cannot exchange items.
Refunding of money:
Although we can debit your account
immediately, please allow 10 working days for your account to be
credited. This is due to the process of refunding it's self.
Repairs & Replacement:
All products from The Black Sheep
are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days.
Our guarantee does not cover damage from impacts, water damage or any
other damage that has arisen from misuse. Please note that replacement
items cannot be sent out until the original item has been returned.
There are occasions when items have to be forwarded to our suppliers; in
these circumstances it may take a while longer for returns to be
processed. All returned items should be placed in a box or a jiffy bag
and secured; please do not use sticky tape on product packaging. If we
send you an incorrect or alternative product that is unsuitable please
call us.
Deck Returns:
Landing even a small trick in the
wrong parts of your board is sure to snap even the newest of decks. Try
to avoid landing with your feet right on the end of the nose or tail, or
with your weight in the middle of the deck. If you land over the bolts
you are much less likely to break your board. Decks snapped by bad
landings are not covered by your warranty. Graphics on a skateboard will
not last if being used to slide on rails/curbs/ledges etc. General
skating will obviously wear out the wood of the deck and eventually it
may start splitting, this is just the nature of skateboarding and we
cant replace any deck that has the visible signs of hard usage.
Pricing:
All our prices are liable to
change at any time. We reserve the right to alter prices and / or
special offer details at our own discretion.
Colours:
Due to the nature of computer
monitors some colours may not be accurately represented.
Policy if returning to the store:
For your convenience, customers
can go to our Manchester store with your returns. Please ensure that you
take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase. Exchanges
can be dealt with immediately on same value exchanges, however refunds
must go through our refund process and could take up to 5 working days
to complete.
Guarantee All goods are covered by standard manufacturers warranty
Shipping And Handling All goods will be shipped promptly.
Delivery Schedule We despatch most
of our orders by UPS. The service is next WORKING day (provided you
order before 1pm) and they require someone to sign for the goods. We can
offer delivery to an alternative address, please request this. We can
also suggest the driver tries a neighbour if you can let us know which
number. If you place an order after 2pm on Friday your order will be
despatched on Monday. Smaller and lower value items will be shipped by
Royal Mail which takes 1-3 working days.
When goods are shipped overseas it is the responsibility of the buyer to
return the goods and cover postage costs even if the goods are faulty.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, We will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you
would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices listed on our site include any Tax required.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit
card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text
on any web site. |
