Storage and Care
The biltong will arrive vacuum sealed for hygiene purposes. After opening the packaging please remove the biltong from the bag. Allow the biltong to breathe for 5-10 minutes for maximum flavour and texture before eating. Store in a cool dry place or in the fridge. Please consume the biltong within a week. If you intend to store for a longer period of time, then it is best to be stored in the freezer.
