About my biltong
I only use the best cuts of beef and spices available to make my biltong. All the spices used are bought fresh and dried or roasted accordingly, thereby optimizing freshness and taste. I do not use any artificial preservatives. I do not use any nitrates and absolutely no ‘E’ numbers are involved in the process. All my biltong is freshly made and vacuum packed to seal in freshness from me to you! I do not produce large quantities, because I believe in producing top quality. For your assurance, the biltong is prepared in the most hygienic of conditions and I hold a valid food hygiene certificate.
