Terms and Conditions
1) Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to delivery
2) The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the hired goods from receipt of delivery until collection of returning of the goods.
3) Any losses or damages must be paid for unless The Big Do Company insurance is taken out before goods are despatched to the customer.
4) Hired goods remain the property of The Big Do Company at all times
5) Light soiling is acceptable. Permanent stains or damages will be charged accordingly, unless insurance has been taken out
6) Any additional charges for delivery and collection will be quoted and charged at the time of order.
7) Hirers need to have a representative at the delivery address of the goods unless otherwise agreed.
8) A refundable deposit will be required and taken at time of order.
9) Chair cover samples will be charged for at £10 each which will be refunded upon return. If samples are not returned an additional charge of £10 will be incurred. Please keep a receipt for goods returned to avoid discrepancies should returns get lost.
10) Goods to be collected need to be available for collection on the agreed date and packed in a presentable state. Additional collections will be charged for. |
