If you have ANY enquiries concerning our Ebay Shop, orders, stock availability, spares, technical issues or just want to ask a question about anything at all concerning our Ebay listings and products then please use the Ebay messaging system to ask your question.

Please be aware that our online department is extremely busy and Ebay is only a small part of our online activity. The completion of orders and hitting our shipping deadlines is our top priority. So do be patient we will answer your enquiry as soon as we possibly can.

When using the direct email address to contact us about an order will you please quote the item number, order number or your Ebay user name as we process hundreds of orders on a daily basis, across our internet sites, so without this information it can be very difficult to pinpoint an order or the site on which the order was placed. So if your email cannot be easily matched to an order then the response could be delayed considerably or we may have to request further information from you by return email.

This address is our main retail outlet and postal address. Any orders requiring return because the item is unwanted or ordered in error should be posted back to this address.

As the address is our retail outlet part of our business any customers are welcome to pay us a personal visit during normal shop opening hours. Please be aware that our retail shop, trade counter, operates separately from our online department using different staff and stock. Therefore, stock available online may not be available within our retail premises and the retail staff will not be able to answer your questions concerning online orders or stock availability.

Our telephone number is for trade counter only and should only be used if really necessary, as the trade counter staff cannot help you with online enquiries or information concerning orders. The online department operates from a separate warehouse, without telephones, and is automated and controlled almost totally online. So please contact us via the online messaging, email systems.

If it is a very urgent communication then you can phone and leave a message with the trade counter, just be aware that they will not be able to help you and will only pass on your message. Make sure you give them any order number or Ebay user name along with your message so we can match it to an order or delivery.

Payment Communication

All order payments on Ebay and our other sites are processed, and automated online, using facilities such as Paypal. We do not manually process payments or take orders over the telephone as we run a fully secure ordering and payment system with automated invoicing.

Cheques & Postal Orders via Mail

We fully understand that not everyone has a Paypal Account and although we do not show payment by cheque or postal order as an option, we can accept payment by this method. If you can just message us that you wish to pay, by this method, when placing an order. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Goodwins' and posted to our Ecommerce Department address, shown above. Please include the item number, order number or Ebay user name with the payment so we can match the payment to your order. Please note that shipment will only be made once the payment has been cleared.
