Payment
Our preferred method of payment is paypal.
You can also pay via Cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque/ or postal order:
1. We cannot be held responsible for cheques lost in the post.
2. Please include a print out of your winning buyer/bidder notification page, so we know who is paying and for what items, also include your address.
 
Please enquire, before purchase, for an alternative method of payment.

Payment must be received within 7days of auction end time.


Delivery
UK: Items up to the value of £30 are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery. This insures your parcel up to a maximum of £30.

For increased insurance/ or if you want the item quickly you can pay for Royal Mail Special delivery. This will insure your item upto £500 plus it's guaranteed next day delivery.

Europe/Worldwide: Items with a total value less than £30 are now sent via airmail. Items with a combined value greater than £30 are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on destination country.

International Buyers are responsible for any destination import charges.

We offer a postage discount on orders that can be combined within a week.


Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on any auction items – this is because we are charged for every garment that sells both for the listing and the end of value fees.  Be assured though that your item is thoroughly checked for defects etc. and is completely new with tags.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavor to do our best to help.

All fixed price items purchased through our ebay shop are fully exchangeable and refundable within 7days – we do however ask for a 15% re-handling charge to cover our ebay fees and that the buyer pays for any additional postage (where postage was free on order - when issuing a refund we will deduct an applicable amount then give a refund minus 15%).
