• We accept Paypal (to; thebeadshed@gmail) UK Cheques (Payable to Sue Simmons), UK Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. 

• Postage is always kept to a minimum and we will combine postage on multiple wins. You must email for a final total, if you do overpay on postage we will add extra goods into the parcel.

• We try to describe items as honestly as we can, if however you do not agree with  our description we will of course give a full refund.

• Missing Parcels. UK customers - Items lost in the post can be easily claimed for up to £28.00, but the parcel must be missing for at least 14 days, we will do everything possible to make the claim and get your payment refunded to you. Parcels over this amount should be insured against loss at the buyers expense.

Overseas Bidders

• We will sell to Overseas bidders but payment must be in Pounds Sterling by PAYPAL.

• Overseas P & P Charges are for AIRMAIL, if you would like a cheaper option please contact me for a SURFACE MAIL price, but this may take up to 60 days to reach you.

• Missing Parcels cannot be traced once they have left the UK, please request insurance if you feel you might need it.
