Some of our Auctions and 'Buy It Now' listings will not have a shipping price on them. This is simply because bathrooms and bathroom products vary so widely, from large and heavy cast iron baths to a set of taps, that it is difficult to set specific delivery charges, especially when items are combined. We do however endevour to be as clear as possible regarding delivery costs.

Customers are more than welcome to collect their goods or arrange for their own courier pickup from our showroom in Fulham, SW6 at no cost.

For deliveries in South and South Eastern England we use our own delivery vans. We use various different Couriers, Pallet companies & Man in Van services to deliver Nationwide.

We can deliver all Taps, Shower Valves, Shower Heads, Wastes, Radiators, Accessories and all other non-fragile items from £10.50 (UK mainland only). Free delivery for all orders over £400.00. Non-mainland deliveries please contact us for a price.

London deliveries are free within the M25 for all orders over £500.00 (excluding Cast Iron Baths). Orders under £500.00 will incur a £15.00 delivery charge.

For Deliveries within 20 miles of the M25 there is a £35.00 delivery charge.

We accept Paypal, all major credit cards(except Amex) and cash-on-collection.

All cheques must be cleared before a delivery can be made and we do not accept cash-on-delivery.
